These teams are utilized for Personal Protection, Narcotic /Explosive Detection, Estate/special events, and Dignitary Escort security.

Long Island K-9 Service has over 35 years in the training of canines, 20 years in Law Enforcement, and uses the appropriate techniques with each individualized situation. Long Island K-9 Service utilizes only the finest dogs bred in Germany, Belgium, or Czechoslovakia. All of our dogs are handpicked from completely working blood lines, have excellent nerves, and are social. All of our dogs have extensive training in tracking, obedience, narcotic/Explosive detection, and bite work. Each dog has over 2 years of intense training, and will continue this vigorous training weekly, to maintain their proficiency.
